Description

Request for Proposals (RFP) Solicitation GS-11P-03-YMC-0072 These services require contractor to furnish equipment, labor, materials, supplies and supervision needed to replace 42 division valves in the General Services Administration Steam Distribution tunnel system. Work will be performed in the tunnels at various locations throughout the District of Columbia. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 05/13/2003 with the bids due by 06/13/2003. This procurement is sourced for full and open competition. Bid and Payment bonds are required for this procurement. The estimate cost for this procurement is between $400,000k and $600,000k. Please be advised that a Site Visit is scheduled for 05/27/2003@ 10:00am at the Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant located at 13th & C Streets, SW Washington, DC. All interest offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. The solicitation may be obtained through electronic data interchange. No paper copies will be provided. Registration instructions are available on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. Prospective bidders must self register their firm or office to receive this solicitation.
