- RFP SP0100-03-R-0114 is for the purchase of the following 3 NSNs of Cloth, Satin: Item 1: NSN 8305-00-530-0111, Qty: 36,486 yds. Item 2: NSN 8305-00-530-0113, Qty: 561 yds. Item 3: NSN 8305-00-551-2203, Qty: 2,446 yds. This solicitation will be issued on an Unrestricted basis. This procurement will incorporate Best Value Source Selection Procedures with Past Performance as the evaluation factor. Inspection and acceptance is at Origin. One 100% option is included. Two deliveries to Albany, GA are required, commencing 120 days after date of award. Numbered Notes 9 and 26 apply. Purchase history is as follows: Item 1: Fabric Development Corp. 4,717 yards @ $6.45/yard, 12/21/01. Item 2: Hexcel Corp. 2,163 yards @ $5.50/yard, 4/29/97. Item 3: Fabric Development Corp. 3,274 yards @ $4.85/yard, 12/21/01. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
