Description

Solicitation number, SP0450-03-R-0587, is being revised a follows: Purchase Request number LTC02276002408 is changed to LTC03063009419. Solicitation is changed from 100% Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and Four (4) one-year options. Solicitation contains DVD lines and Stock lines. FOB Origin IAW Fast Pay Procedures for DVD lines with a delivery of 1-3 days. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for Stock lines with a delivery of 45 days. Contains NSN's 9150-00-141-6770 (Unit Can contains 1.75lb.Net wt.), 9150-00-935-4019 (Cartridge contains 14 oz Net.wt.) and 9150-00-823-8048 (Tube contains 8 oz Net wt.) Grease, Ball and Roller Bearing IAW MIL-G-25013E dated 20 Jun 1983, Type Number: Type II Shelf Life 24 months, Critical Application Item, QPL applies, NATO Symbol G-372. QAP 164 applies to Stock lines and QAP 022 applies to DVD lines. Surge Requirements apply only to NSN 9150-00-141-6770.
