Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) THAT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This project is being procured under Simplified Acquisition and Commercial Procedures. This project is for bat mist net surveys throughout the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia. The work will be performed in the following West Virginia counties: Grant, Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Preston, Randolph, Tucker, and Webster. This project will be performed for a base period and two one-year options. This solicitation will result in a best value, firm-fixed price, service contract.
