Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source Simplified Acquisition to E-Net Corporation, 417 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94101. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is for the contractor to provide renewal of annual software maintenance and support for RRDF, ADABAS Feature Module, CICS Feature, and Basic Compression Feature Software. This proposed requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source is under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b). Interested concerns having the capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement may submit a capability statement in a written narrative format detailing the concern?s ability to meet the objectives of this requirement. Capability statements may be sent via fax to (202)324-3104. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such document will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are received within 7 days from the date of this synopsis, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the award to E-Net Corporation.
