Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 1 each: Advantage Console with Cord, # D3000I, for Advantage Shaver System, 2 each: Advantage Shaver Two-Button, #D9824 for Advantage Shaver System, 1 each: MicroChoice ? 2 Pedal-Footswitch, #5020-053 for Advantage Shaver System, 1 each: Merlin Multi Bender, #P9305 for Advantage Shaver System. Manufacturer: Linvatec This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FM560630650200. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
