Description

NA CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB, NSN: 1680-01-251-2331, P/N: 10071191-102, QTY: 35 each, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. F.O.B. Origin, with delivery to Texarkana, TX., Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery 35 each, 240 DACA. Intended source is Honeywell International Inc., 2600 Ridgway Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55413-1719 (CAGE 94580). Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisit ion of the part from the actual manufacturer. The approved source retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of t he part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity havi ng jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for so licitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Tit le 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information can not be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted.
