Description

NA The project consists of rectangular reinforced concrete flood control channel construction with associated reinforced concrete box conduits and road crossings, maintenance roads, confluences, inlets, railing and fencing, channel utility under crossing slee ves, transition inlet structure with embankment and soil cement armoring and reinforced concrete outlet channels and reinforced concrete box, low flow outlet structures, landscape restoration, and desert plant salvage, storage and replant. This is an unrestricted procurement. To be eligible, the firms must have North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 23499 among their approved NAICS Codes. Subcontracting goals are as follows: Small Business 71.1%, Small Disadvantaged Bu siness 10.2%, HUBZone 3%, Women-Owned Small Business 10.6%, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business 3%, and Veteran-Owned Small Business 3%. The estimated cost range of this acquisition is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The Government intends to issue this solicitation as Internet only. No additional media (compact disks, floppy disks, faxes or paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary. It is therefore the contractor?s responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after Solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: http://ebs.spl.us ace.army.mil. All bidders are required to check the Los Angeles District Contracting Division website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. Bidders must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government Contract award.
