Description

NA The project will consist of the replacement of the existing resin modified bituminous surface course of the aircraft parking apron and aircraft taxi ramp with heavy duty non-reinforced concrete, along with the widening of the aircraft taxi ramp. Physical security measures have been incorporated into the design. Existing lighting will be modified, and helicopter tie downs will be provided in the new paving. An oil/water separator will be provided to treat the storm water runoff. The estimated cost rang e is between $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 15 MAY 2003 and Bid Opening Date is 17 JUN 2003 at 2:00 PM EST. This project is available on CD and web only. Project specification files are Portable D ocument Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are: 486-based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB applicat ion RAM, 4 MB hard disk space and compact disk drive.
