Description

NA Fort Monroe has available for lease seven 2-1/2 story Victorian era, Queen Anne style duplexes. The structures average approximately 7,000 net sq. ft. each and are in need of substantial renovation. They are located on 3 separate parcels of land totaling approximately 1.8 acres within the confines of Fort Monroe. The developer may submit a proposal for any or all the duplexes and, after renovation, has the opportunity to receive a market rate return through a long-term sub-leasing of the structures to ot her private entities that do business with the installation and its tenants. An Industry Forum and site visit will be held on June 5, 2003, from 9:00 A. M. to 1:30 P.M. Proposals must be submitted thereafter by July 1, 2003, 12:00 P. M.
