Description

The purpose of this modified notice is to clarify information stated in the original synopsis posted April 10, 2003. The solicitation is in electronic format only. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. Vendors will be required to obtain the bidding documents from www.fedbizopps.gov. The CD (Compact Disk) will only contain the specifications and drawings. Additionally, there is a revision to the expected issue date. The solicitation will be available on or about May 16, 2003.
