Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for the lease and maintenance of fourteen (14) copiers to include: copier equipment, maintenance, operator training, and supplies, exclusive of paper. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation under full and open competition. The estimated issue date for this Solicitation is May 9, 2003, with proposals due thirty (30) days after. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued electronically via FedBizOpps (FBO). The electronic documents will be in Adobe Acrobat PDF. The Government reserves the right to issue the solicitation on paper, CD-ROM, or by other electronic methods if the FBO web site becomes inoperable, or if the Contracting Officer determines it is in the Government's best interest to do so. Interested parties may visit the FBO web site (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) after issuance to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments and notices. Offerors should register to receive email notification of solicitation issuance at the FBO web site , and after issuance on the sister site the National Business Center (www.FedBizOpps.gov) to be listed on the bidders mailing list. A technical proposal and cost proposal are required for evaluation. Offers will be evaluated on copier up-time, price, past performance, and experience.
