Description

3TX0152 General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Irving, Texas Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,708 rentable square feet yielding approximately 1,448 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Las Colinas, Texas to be occupied by The US Marshals Service. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: NORTH: Interstate 635, EAST: Interstate 35, SOUTH: Highway 183, WEST: Highway 161. Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about December 13, 2003 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for ?as is? space and any standard TI?s offered. Written responses are required no later than May 2, 2003; verbal responses will not be considered.
