Description

The original notice (text follows) posted on 21 Apr 03 for this acquisition is hereby cancelled in its entirety. ****ORIGINAL TEXT****This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requisition Number FQ480130730100 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded on a cascading basis. Priorities will be as follows: Section (8A) contractors, HUBZONE, and all other small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423390. The size standard is 100 Employees. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Job involves demolishing of existing perimeter fence and the replacement with new fence and barbed wire. For complete description reference Statement of Work (SOW). PROJECT DETAILS: The Solicitation and other attachments should be posted on or before 06 May 2003 and MUST BE downloaded from FedBizOps at www.eps.gov; DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL OR FAX. IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) RFQ submission? Must be as indicated in Attachment 3. 2) You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database. (Ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). 3) All Amendments, if applicable, Must Be Acknowledged. This requirement is pending availability of funds: Per FAR 52.232-18 (Availability of Funds. 4/84).
