Truman Powerhouse, and remove and dispose of the existing governor mechanical controls. Delivery : FOB Destination, Harry S . Truman Powerhouse, Warsaw, Missouri. Submission of technical proposals required. Request for Proposal will be available on CD-ROM at no cost and will be available on or about 16 June 2003. Tentative closing date is 17 July 2003. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The small business size standard is a concern, including all affiliates, with not more than 750 employees.
