Description

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is interested in leasing approximately 30,000 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space in Augusta, Georgia, for use by the U.S. Courts. LOCATION: This is a predetermined site provided at no cost by the City of Augusta, Georgia. This site is bounded generally by the following streets: Telfair Street, West Ford Street, Walker Street and Ninth Street. The site does not include the buildings fronting on Ninth Street. The site location contains approximately .55 acres of vacant land. REQUIRED: All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. A fifty-year ground lease on the land will be made available to the successful developer. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before January 2005. Interested parties must demonstrate experience in similar type projects of at least 30,000 ? 40,000 gross sq. ft. within the last five years. LEASE TERM: The lease term is for fifteen (15) years firm with three ten (10) year renewal options. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit your interest, please contact the following individual by May 15, 2003.
