Description

The Government of el Salvador, through the Fondo de Inversion Social para el Desarrollo Local (FISDL) will be issuing an invitation for bid (IFB) on or about May 12, 2003 for the construction of the School Center Teniente Coronel Jose Carlos Flores, in Santa Maria Oztuma, Departamento de La Paz, El Salvador, Central America. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The construction services are financed by the United States Agency for Internatioal Development (USAD) under its Earthquake Reconstruction Program in El Salvador. This is a host country contracting mode, using Automated Directive Systems (ADS) Chapter 305. The pre-qualification questionnaire, as well as the IFB documents, will be available in Spanish only, and they can be obtained upon payment of USD 10 at the following address: FONDO DE INVERSION SOCIAL PARA EL DESARROLLO LOCAL (FISDL), 10 Avenida Sur, Calle Mexico, Barrio San Jacinto, San Salvador, El Salvador.
