Description: DESC: Services and Facilities to receive, store, protect, and ship one grade of a Government-owned petroleum product in the Northern, Eastern and Western, Alabama; Eastern and Southern Mississippi; and Southern Tennessee areas. Storage capacity requirement: Approximately 100,000 barrels shell capacity for turbine fuel aviation grade JP8 storage, with a minimum of two tanks. Estimated throughput is 550,000 barrels per year. Period of Performance: April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
