Subject item has two approved sources, Parker Hannifin Corp, CAGE 93835, Part Number 3014146-1, and Kavlico Corp, CAGE 22863, Part Number GM6693-1. RFP#: SP0440-03-R-3459. Contracting Officer: Jan Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: Ma7 28, 2003, Closing Date: June 27, 2003. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 149 DARO. Subject RFP is for a Definite Quantity Contract with a 100% Quantity Option. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. This is a critical application. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
