Description: Coeur d?Alene Nursery, Kootenai County, Idaho. This construction project consists of placing compacted crushed aggregate base material for constructing a reinforced concrete slab (100? 9? by 40? 0?), associated excavation and drainage work, installation of a prefabricated greenhouse with a retractable roof on concrete footings, and associated other minor work items. Commercial item, FAR Part 12 procedures will be followed for this acquisition. Estimated price range between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work of July 1, 2003 and completed not later than October 30, 2003.
