Description

The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) intends to negotiate with Telonics, Inc. of Mesa, AZ for 18 each Telonics integral GPS receiver/TDD units, model ST-14 and 18 each Telonics dual feed GPS/ARGOS antennas. The units will contain the hermetic package option, TO2 message format in 220 second(data only) mode, power cable, dual antenna connectors, -40C to +70C operation in accordance with Telonics drawing CM006081. The antennas are for use with model ST-14 in accordance with Telonics drawing CM-4172-001, modified to have a round base with a bolt hole pattern matching standard NDBC antennas. Delivery FOB Destination. This requirement shall be considered 100% set-aside for small business. See note 1 and note 22.
