Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER FOR HUD'S NATIONAL LOAN SERVICING CENTER. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for services to provide technical assistance and support to the Single Family Asset Management Customer Relations/Servicing center in the area of Loss Mitigation and Loan Servicing. The contractor shall respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints made via telephone, fax, mail, and electronic or any other communication methods; correctly making referrals to the appropriate HUD office, housing counseling agencies, mortgage lenders/servicers' loss mitigation divisions or other appropriate entity; collecting and inputting financial information from FHA borrowers; providing loss mitigation options and loan servicing information; monitoring and tracking incoming data; and other customer relations and servicing functions. The contract shall establish a fully staffed and operational office in Oklahoma City, OK, for performance of all the contract requirements, and to accommodate the National Loan Servicing Center. It is HUD's intention to award one performance-based contract as a result of this competitive Small Business set-aside solicitation ON OR ABOUT May 21, 2003. The awarded contract will be for a period of one year with three one-year options. This solicitation is open to all qualified Small Businesses under REVISED NAICS code 541513.
