Description

The following is answers to the questions that were submitted: Q. Will any registers/diffusers be required to be replaced? A. No. Just corrosion control and paint for the ones that need it. Q. Will the contractor be responsible to contact, coordinate, and pay for the required security escorts? A. The end user will be responsible for providing the security escort at no charge to the offeror. Q. Will the restroom exhaust ducting be included in this scope? A. Yes, if it is in the scope. Each contractor should read the Scope of work. Q. Will any flex ducting be required to be cleaned or replaced? A. If Flex duct exist in the ducting system, it will have to be cleaned only. We would like the contractor to report any damage flex duct, if there is any, to us so that we can have it replaced by 30th Civil Engineering or MCA. Q. When are the estimated launch events that would conflict with this work at each site? A. Around the June 30 timeframe. Buildings 730 and 738 will need to be done before Building 8401 due to upcoming launches. Work should be completed before the end of June. As of 2 May 03 at 4:00 PM, requests for blue prints will no longer be accepted. All other terms and conditions still apply.
