Description

SYNOPSIS OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SEVEN MONTH EXTENSION TO CONTRACT N004121-98-D-1052 Special Notice. This is not a RFP. The Government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source modification to extend Contract N00421-98-D-1052. The purpose of the modification is to provide technical, engineering, and program advisory and assistance services support for the Air ASW, Assault and Special Mission Programs, PMA 276, until completion of a competitive award. The estimated period of performance is from 11 June 2003 through 31 January 2003. The incumbent contractor CCI, Inc., is the only source available with the technical expertise to effectively and efficiently complete the additional effort without causing degradation of mission capability and operational support in the period needed to complete a competitive award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
