- This procurement is for scheduled weekly pick up and disposal of fats and bones from four Oahu, HI commissaries. Disposal of all fats and bones must be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, local and EPA rules and regulations. The proposed procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6. The NAICS code is 562219, and the size standard is $10.5 Million. All eligible and responsible small business sources may submit an offer. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about 12 May 03 via the Internet at the following addresses: http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
