Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (ISS) CARGO MISSION CONTRACT, which was posted on December 17, 2003. Modification 08 is to announce that the following items are available on the Cargo Mission website: 1. The Final Request for Proposal (RFP) has been posted. Offerors are reminded that the Final RFP (and any amendments) is the governing document for solicitation purposes. Offerors should pay special attention to the due dates shown in provision L.14 of the RFP. 2. The Blackout Period is in effect, all questions regarding this procurement shall be directed to the Contracting Officer or submitted by e-mail directly to the Cargo Mission mailbox at: cargomis@ems.jsc.nasa.gov 3. Offerors should note that questions and answers to the Draft RFP have been moved to an archive file that can be accessed from the ISS Program Acquisition Information main web page. To access the Draft RFP questions and answers (and any further updates thereto), offerors should click on the hyperlink entitled "ISS Acquisition Information Archive". Due to changing circumstances some answers to questions from the Draft RFP that were previously answered and posted to the Cargo Mission website have been revised and they are clearly marked "revised." Some additional questions previously marked "TBD" have now been answered. Some questions are still marked "TBD" and will be answered and posted to the website as soon as answers are available. 4. The Cargo Mission Contract revised schedule. Offerors are invited to view the ISS Contract Strategy (Navigate to "C.Cargo Mission") website at the following URL: http://jsc-web-pub.jsc.nasa.gov/bd01/excellent-strategy/ Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=CL&pin=73 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
