- Written Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all supervision, personnel, transportation (armored car service), labor (armored guards) and other items and services necessary to perform the driving, delivery, and pick-up of cash and other monetary documents from the following Defense Comissary Agency commissaries: Annapolis, MD; ARDEC, Picatinney Arsenal, NJ; Bremerton, WA; Brunswick, Topsham, ME; C E Kelly, PA; Charleston, NWS, SC; Barbers Point, HI; Davis-Monthan, Tucson, AZ, Eielson AFB, AK; Fallon, NV; Fort Wainwright, AK; Great Lakes, IL; Fort Hamilton, NY; Harrison Village, IN; Jacksonville NAS, FL; Kaneohe Bay, HI; Kirtland AFB, NM; Little Rock, AR; Los Angeles, CA; MClellan AFB, CA; Memphis NAS Millington, TN; Mitchel Field, Garde City, NJ; Moffett Field, CA; Newport, RI; Pearl harbor, HI; Portsmouth NSY, NH; Roosevelt Roads, PR; Scotia, NY; Walter-Reed, Silver Spring, MD; Hichham, HI; Port Hueneme, CA; Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista, AZ; Randolph AFB, TX; in accordance witt the Statement of Work (SOW) . The Period of Performance will be for a base period of June 1, 2003 thru May 31, 2004, and will include four one-year option periods that may textend performance through May 31, 2008. This RFQ will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about May 2, 2003 with a tentative closing date of May 27, 2003. The North American Industry Classification system Code (NAICS) is 561613 and the business size standard is $10.5 million and the Classifiction Code is S206. This request for quotation will be available on www.eps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, Attn: CICDS (Barbara Van Doren), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801-1800. Requests must include company name, address, telephone and facsimile number and e-mail address of the requester, Dun and Bradstreet number and business size.
