Description

NA DTRA plans to procure, without using full and open competition, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), a modification to Contract DSWA01-98-C-0163. The purpose of this modification is to provide for follow-on work under the contract to be performed by Applied Research Associates. The period of performance shall commence approximately 30 June 2003 and continue through 31 Jul 2004. The scope of work to be performed under this contract modification will allow for preparation for the upcoming transition to the Rapid Targeting System (RTS). This contractual modification will increase the contract ceiling by $950,000.00. The estimated award date for this action is 30 Jun 2003.
