Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis Network Technical Support Services related to designing, implementing, and maintaining PBGC's Enterprise Network (LAN and WAN) environment. This service area also includes DeskTop Engineering and Continuity of Operations (COOP) technical engineering services. The period of performance for the base year shall be from October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004 with four one-year options for renewal. Telephone requests for this solicitation will NOT be honored. The solicitation document will be distributed through the FedBizOpps.Gov website. The site contains downloading instructions. All information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FedBizOpps.Gov site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to assure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. All firms obtaining a copy of the solicitation from FedBizOpps.Gov must notify the contract specialist at gray.michele@pbgc.gov. This notification must include the firm's name, address, and contact person and telephone number. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is on or about May 23, 2003.
