Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: May 19, 2003, Closing Date: June 10, 2003. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 254 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 22 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 40 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
