- Description
- The Ochoco/Deschutes National Forest is looking for sources only for fire hose maintenance at the Redmond Air Center. This will involve inspection, testing, washing, drying and rolling of fire hose used in suppression and pre-suppression activities. Hose lengths will be in 50 and 100 foot lengths by 1" and 1 1/2". Hose will consist of rubber lined synthetic cotton and synthetic woven, lightweight jacketed with alumninum rocker couplings at the ends. Minimum standards accepted will be to the standards identified in the Fire Equipment Storage and Refurbishing Standards, Document PMS 448 or NFES 2249.
