Description: ****NOTE FAR 6.302-1 Sole Source Notice of Intent This is a Sole Source Notice of Intent to be awarded to GS Tech who is the incumbent contractor that is providing commercial facilities management (CFM) including grounds maintenance, pest control, trash removal and stated deliverables at the Charleston Regional Center Complex. This notice of intent is to add a 93,000 square feet space, which will be known as building C at this complex. All four buildings are part of the same complex and are inter-dependent and joined by connectors/enclosed passageways that are to be maintained by GS Tech. The complex?s EMS System, fire protection system, and grounds are shared.
