- Description
- 1. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is planning to place a Long Term Contract for Screw Cap, Socket Heads in the FSC 5305. The Core list will contain 124 NSN?s with the possibility to place an additional 2835 NSN?s on a post award basis. Quantities for each NSN will be listed on subject solicitation. 2. Delivery will be CONUS (excluding Alaska). 3. Subject solicitation will be issued as a 100% Total Set-Aside. 4. Subject solicitation will have a two (2) year base and three (3) one year options. 5. Delivery schedule is 120 days required for all items. 6. FOB-Destination is required. 7. Offerors are required to submit a Technical Proposal as part of their offer. Past Performance is the only factor with Delivery, Quality, and Business Relations/Customer Satisfaction as the subfactors. This factor/subfactors will be evaluated as outlined in subject solicitation. 8. FAR part 12 procedures will apply to subject solicitation. 9. Notes 1 and 9 apply. 10. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs.
