- Description
- The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to contract for DNA MicroArray Chip for early and rapid detection of multiple quarantined pathogens. The Government itends to issue a sole source contract to the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. The contract will be a firm fixed price. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 334516.
