Description

This project involves the Northeast Oregon Interagency Fire Center (NOIFC) Base year with 2 renewable option periods. Item 01 involves Transportation Services for single or set of double trailers; Item 02, transportation services with Government owned Cache Vans; Item 03, Detention Rate by the hour; and Item 04 Trailer rental, 27-35 feet per day and trailer rental 36-53 foot trailer rental and day rate for Dolly. The intent of the Government is for the Government to award up to three contractors for the NOIFC and Wenatchee Cache and four contractors at the Redmond Air Center based on the lowest average cost per mile as described in the solicitation. Unit prices shall be effective from date of award through June 30, 2006, dependent upon the option to renew for 2004-2005. Unit prices in 2004 and 2005 will be subject to an economic price adjustment. This project is 50% set aside for small business concerns. the solicitation will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov on approximately 5/6/03 You may contact Cecilia Rogers at 541/416-6534 for additional information regarding specifications.
