Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for seven (7) nights of lodging and one (1) evening of banquet space for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Standards Service Division, Global Standards and Information Group, for China Workshop scheduled 06/21-28/03. The site shall be within a 15 minute commute of the NIST Gaithersburg, MD campus during rush hour and be in view of and within convenient and easy walking distance from a variety of restaurants and highly diversified shopping facility. The lodging facility shall provide, but not be limited to the standard amenities such as; hair dryer, television, cable TV, ironing board and iron, on-site fitness center, and complimentary shuttle service. An unpriced Purchase Order is anticipated to be awarded on or about May 30, 2003. NAICS code is 713210. The solicitation NA1341-03-Q-0428, solicitation amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about May 9, 2003, and will only be available via the internet at the above website. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant Purchase Order. There is no written solicitation available. Telephone requests will not be honored and no bidders list will be maintained.
