Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract to Marvin Engineering Co. Inc. for training on Launchers and Bomb Racks in support of a foreign military customer. These components are a part of the F/A-18 aircraft weapon system. As the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Marvin Engineering is the only known firm that possess the capability and requisite specialized experience, technical knowledge and fitment of the aircraft to conduct this training to meet the FMS customer need. This synopsis is for information purposes.
