Description

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) has identified a requirement for a third-party administrator capable of providing certain administrative and/or investment management services to the USHMM Planned Giving Program. Please Note: The Successful Offeror must have demonstrable capabilities to provide services for Charitable Gift Annuities, CLT?s and CRT?s, a Pooled Income Fund, and a Donor Advised Fund. It is anticipated that the Contract will be Self-Funding, and the Period of Performance will be for One Base Year, and have Nine Option Years. Based on the program?s potential growth, the USHMM desires to enter into a contract with a third party administrator that has substantial experience in the management and investment of CGA, CRT and CLT assets. The USHMM, therefore, will not consider an Offeror unless it can demonstrate: (1) at least five years of experience with the management and investment of DGA/CGA and CRT/CLT assets; and (2) an aggregate of at least $100,000,000 in DGA/CGA assets and $100,000,000 in CRT/CLT assets currently being administered and/or under investment management. The Solicitation will be available no later than May 15, 2003.
