Description: The purpose of this notice is to modify the pre-solicitation notice that was posted on April 28, 2003. The services that were identified in the April 28th notice for Noble Training Center located in Anniston, AL are hereby eliminated from this procurement. This requirement is to procure the various facility support services for the National Emergency Training Center, located in Emmitsburg, MD, only. All reference to NOBLE Training Facility shall be deleted. All other information provided in the notice dated April 28, 2003, is correct.
