Offerors should check for amendments at: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/proc/VPV/specacquisitions.htm The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to issue solicitation number SP0412-03-R-2311 for the procurement of spare parts supporting the B-1B Weapon System Platform. All of the spare parts listed in the Bill of Materials are considered fully competitive and will be manufactured in accordance with technical data packages owned by the Government. This is a restricted acquisition. This procurement includes, but is not limited to, FSCs 1560, 1620, 1730, 3110, 3120, 3439, 4010, 5342, 5365, 5995, 6115, 6610 and 6850. The Government may make up to twenty awards to Small Business firms meeting the requirements stated in the solicitation. The proposed acquisition will cover a two-year base period and one-three year option period under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Minimum order, maximum order, maximum contract quantities, and guaranteed minimum dollar values will be specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Small Business is requested to download the RFP and Bill of Materials from the following web address: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/proc/VPV/specacquisitions.htm. click on Specialized Support Programs, then click on, Special Acquisitions. The RFP will be posted to this web address on or about April 14, 2003.
