- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Southern Plains Area, has a project entitled Phase III, Cooling Tower Replacement. The project is located at the Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center in College Station, Texas. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision for the replacement of the Cooling Towers including demolition, removal, and disposal of existing cooling towers and installation of new cooling towers, condenser water piping,electrical work, and associated equipment. The work includes but not limited to the following Major Divisions of Work: 1) General Conditions, 2) Sitework/ Demolition, 3)Concrete, 15) Mechanical, and 16) Electrical. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to be issued o/a May 19, 2003. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All requests must reference IFB #04-7MN1-2003. The estimated Price Range is: $250,000 and $500,000.
