Description

Maintenance and Repair of KIP Engineering Print System at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation Number F25600-03-T-0066 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation with Statement of Work is attached as a separate document. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212. The business size standard is $21 million. Offutt AFB intends to issue a purchase order to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide preventative maintenance and repair for a KIP Printer/Scanner, Out-Feed Table, and KIP 9820 with controller. The period of performance will be 1 Oct 03 ? 30 Sep 04 depending upon the availability of fiscal year 2004 funding. Four option periods are also included in the solicitation. Price (total of the basic period and all option periods) will be the only evaluation factor. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A QUOTE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO ENSURE THEIR CCR REFLECTS THE NAICS CODE INDICATED FOR THIS SOLICITATION. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE ALLOWED. Quotations are due NLT 1600 hours CST on 28 May 03.
