- Description
- The project consists of providing and installing golf cart pathways and curbing to match existing golf cart pathways and curbing at the Falcon Dunes Golf Course, Luke AFB, AZ. This contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period will be thirty (30) days after issuance of notice to proceed. The above description of work is for the purpose of general information only and is not intended to include and describe every feature or item of work or to define the scope of work. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 235710 with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. The proposed contract listed will be issued on an unrestricted basis. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be electronically issued on or about 9 May 03. PAPER COPIES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. A mandatory site visit will be conducted for this project at the Falcon Dunes Golf Course on Luke AFB, AZ. The date and time shall be specified in the solicitation. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires all contractors to have a DUNS number. Contractors should be aware that registering could take up to three (3) weeks to process. Contractors may access CCR at http://www.ccr.gov.
