- NOTE: This is not a formal synopsis notice. A tentative requirement for 200, 400, and 600-gallon fuel bowsers has been assigned to WR-ALC/LEKVB. The Request For Proposal (RFP) number referenced above is assigned only for market research purposes. Once the requirement is formalized and a formal synopsis is posted the RFP number will be assigned to replace RFP number: F09603-03-R-70853 and RFQ number: F09603-03-Q-70852. Interested sources are requested to complete the attached market research questionnaire. This information is not mandatory but will be used for market research purposes. A letter to all interested sources, the market research questionnaire, and draft Commercial Item Description (CID) have been uploaded to FedBizOpps under F09603-03-R-1111.
