- Description
- All responsible organizations (i.e. prime contractors) may submit a proposal that shall be considered; however, the Government expects that interested sources, either alone or with appropriate teaming partners, will meet the following minimum criteria: (1) Have a thorough and complete understanding of proposed GPS III capabilities, system design drivers, performance attributes, and requirements. Offerors that respond to this solicitation must be fully capable of performing in anticipated follow-on development and production efforts (2) Have previous experience with military command and control operations and operational concept development (3) Have demonstrated GPS performance modeling and simulation tools of high enough fidelity to support design trades and system and segment level requirements development (4) Have existing and demonstrated GPS Life Cycle Cost (LCC) models required to perform trade studies and architecture optimization and (5) Have demonstrated experience in the design, development, integration, manufacture and test of complex military satellite and ground control systems.
