- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation. (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-07 and Defense DCN 04-26. The solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 2330. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3715. The North American Industry Classification System is 336214 and the associated business size standard is 500 employees. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone business respond, this acquisition will be 100% set aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001 Cargosport 8.5 TagTrailer, 8.5 wide, 24 feet long, Model No. CS8524TA2. Pintle hook on the front. Generator on the tongue for electrical power with inside lights and wall outlets. Air conditioner and heating unit mounted to the top of the trailer. Small front door on the side, double doors in the back with small removable ramps to roll boxes in and out of the trailer. ?L? shaped work bench in the front with a small table mounted in the back of the trailer. Item shall be delivered to Travis AFB, CA no later than 30 days after receipt of order. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition. CHANGED THE QUOTE DUE DATE AND ADDED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Trailer Gross weight- approximately 15,000 lbs. 5KW range generator. 4 flourescent lights throughout trailer. 5 outlets above the work bench. 13 BTU range Air-Conditioning/heating. L-shaped workbench all the way across the front and about 6? down the side. Small table for writing and space for a laptop computer. Removeable ramp system at rear of trailer in order to roll in 2? wide toolboxes. Non-insulated interior, wooden walls, and manufactured ceiling.
