- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement is for: 4 Sure PSM 400 wireless Personal Monitor Systems; 1 UHF Ant. Combiner; 1 UHF Ant. With 25 feet of coax cable and connector; 1 E% Low Mass/High Energy Dual Driver Earphones; 2 Sennehiser SKP500 Plug-On Transmitters; 4 Sure Cardioid Dynamic Instrument Microphones; 1 AKG C420 Headset Microphones; 1 AKG Phantom Power, required for C420 Headset; 4 Vocal Microphones; 6 K&M Floor Stands, black; 1 AKG: 1 ? D550, 3 ? D409, 2 ? C430, 1 ? Foam Lined Carrying Case; 3 DOD passive with ground lift and attn.; 1 QSC Power Amp with 1100 per/channel at 4 ohms; 4 KM Speaker Stands; 4 Passive Speakers, Crest 15 inches two-way; 1 16 X 2DX Mixer with four monitor mix and two effects; 1 Mixer Case Combo with 14 top and 16 bottom wheels; 2 Speaker Case, LG15p with wheels; 1 Cable Case, 36 inches wide X 30 inches high X 24 inches deep with piano hinged lid; 4 50 foot Speaker Cables; 1 Studio Quad 4 multi-effect processor rack mount; 5 TRS to XLR 5 foot Cable for psm transmitters. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13 and DCN 20030430. The proposed solicitation listed here is 100% set aside for small businesses. This acquisition falls under the Standard Industrial Classification number 1742, the North American Industry Classification System 238210, and the Business Size Standard is $12 Million annually. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Overall price is the evaluation factor. The following additional FAR provisions and clauses do apply: FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, to include clauses (b)(11),(12),(13),(14),(15),(16),(17),(22): DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
