- Description
- Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to LUMINS, INC, for the following service: Provide preventive and corrective maintenance service on all associated systems for the Versa-Pulse-C Laser. This service is being acquired for the 10th Medical Group, Dermatology Clinic, United States Air Force Academy (10MDG/SGSAR). Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source, the only authorized service agents. No other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by 13 MAY 03, Noon, MDT, to the effect that comparable supplies and/or services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies and or services though a sole source procurement with LUMINS, INC, a sole source award will be made.
