Description

NA NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Furnish labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to publish and distribute a broadsheet/metro Civilian Enterprise Newspaper and associated on-line version for Fort Sill, Oklahoma. A minimum of 14,000 copies per week of the newspaper shall be published and distributed. The newspaper shall be published for a minimum of 49 weeks. The newspaper shall consist of 18-24 pages. Contract period is from 1 August 2003 to 31July 2004, with four one-year options. This is a no cost to the Government newspaper contract. All proceeds from the sale of advertisements for the newspaper and on-line shall go to the contractor. Estimated solicitation issue date is 28 May 03. NAICS code is 51111 and business size standard is 500. All resp onsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
