Description

NA COVER, AIRCRAFT GROU, NSN: 1730-01-455-4997; Part Number: 1730-CHSE-026; Qty: 55 each minimum/455 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX., Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 55 each 270 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR ) is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 55 each 180 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there is no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition co ntains data, which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an e stimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to i dentify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will no t be honored.
